Our program is based on the belief that every child deserves to feel safe and be protected from adult issues, so they can enjoy being a kid.

We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and fun facility where kids can explore games and toys with their loved ones. We understand that no parent wants to be in a position to need the services we provide, and that having a third party involved in your parenting time is not anyone's ideal. Our role is to help organize and stabilize visits and create documentation that can assist the courts in sorting out the truth. We are here to help your family get to where they want to be.
All staff at our agency have experience working with families and children of different backgrounds in a variety of settings.
Staff also attend ongoing trainings on various topics such as drug and alcohol recognition, child development, and best practices in our field.
All staff are registered with TrustLine. TrustLine is the only background check authorized to use three databases that the general public cannot access. These databases include fingerprint records from the California Department of Justice’s California Criminal History System, the Child Abuse Central Index of California, and fingerprint records of the FBI Criminal History System.
For additional security, Parenting Time, Inc. has developed a written safety protocol with local law enforcement, and video & audio recording will take place during all visits.
In addition, all staff have completed Standard 5.20 and Family Code Section 3200.5 Training, sponsored by the Judicial Council of California & CASVSP.
This training was created specifically for Professional Providers of Supervised Visitation and covers education and training on cultural sensitivity, issues relating to substance, child, and sexual abuse, and domestic violence, record-keeping procedures, screening, monitoring, and termination of visitation, legal responsibilities and obligations of providers, child abuse reporting laws, and basic knowledge of family and juvenile law.
